HolySmile stands behind the products they sell. A lot of attention has been paid to developing an effective formula to whiten your teeth in an easy and safe way. That is why we guarantee our customers that they will achieve results, otherwise we will refund the purchase price.
As a minimum requirement, we have established that your teeth must be 1 to 2 shades whiter after one complete treatment. If you do not achieve this result? Then you have the option to request a refund. Before you start the treatment, follow the following steps:
1. Take a picture of your teeth before you start the treatment.
2. Follow the supplied instructions carefully.
3. Make immediately after the 1e treatment a clear photo of your teeth in similar lighting conditions.
4. Use the products daily and apply the 7e en 14e a clear photo immediately after the treatment.
If you cannot meet the above requirements, you can still send us an email and we will find a solution together. This can be done via the contact form. on the site or via the email address info@holysmile.nl.
Note
- All before and after photos must also contain valid date and time stamps. You can easily show this on mobile photos, it is best to look this up via Google depending on your phone and operating system.
- Send the 4 photos, with your order number to info@holysmile.nl. The email must be sent to our email address within 30 days of receipt of the products. Refunds will only be issued for the Whitening Strips, Whitening Duo Pack, Whitening Pen and the Whitening Bundle. Additional added items must be returned in accordance with the returns policy (notified within 30 days).
You will receive a response from us within 48 hours. After approval, you will receive a returns form with which you can return any remaining products if you still have them. After receipt, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account!
